We offer our guests lunch or evening receptions. Lunch receptions 11.30am to 3.30pm. Evening receptions 5.30pm to 11.00pm. Venue hire prices vary from $800-$1900 which includes ceremony set up. Quotes can be obtained on request on 02 4478 6666.

Beach Bistro
Our Beach Bistro reception venue can hold up to 110 guests in a seated setting or 160 guests in a cocktail setting. This venue features an inbuilt dancefloor, garden courtyard, private amenities, log fire, floor to ceiling windows, established bar and relaxed atmosphere.
Beagle Bay Room
This space can host a cocktail wedding up to 100 guests or buffet style 40-60 guests, featuring elevated stage dancefloor, garden courtyard, floor to ceiling windows and exposed roof beams that can be transformed in a wonderland with lights.
Poolside
Our poolside venue is a great space for a casual outdoor (undercover) weddings at the Wasp Bar. For a buffet style, this venue can host 40-60 guests or in a cocktail setting, up to 100 guests.
Garden Courtyard
The restaurants Garden Courtyard is lush with tropical and native plants, soothing rock waterfall and exposed wooden rafters is a beautiful space for a more intimate wedding hosting 20-40 guests.
