April Watson, March 2018 – My wedding was a wonderful experience from the moment I booked it – nothing was too much hassle and I felt confident it would be all I dreamed of. As a new mum living 1.5 hours away, I needed somewhere that would make it easy for me to have the best day ever and the Murramarang Resort did not disappoint! Accommodation was allocated to our party and discounted for our guests; Tess made sure I was kept in the loop so nobody would miss out which made it easy when chasing RSVPs.I met with her to discuss what I had envisioned and she knew exactly what I was after, showing me photos to give me an idea of what to expect and to make sure we were on the same page. The night before she came to make ensure I had all I needed and what she would be doing the next day – the morning of the wedding she checked in and made sure all was going to plan. We chose to have a more relaxed style of wedding; our ceremony was beautiful, simple and perfect .The food was amazing, with a mixture of canapé-style foods for both adults and children; we also had the option for both a bar tab and cash bar so we could let our guests know anything they wanted was available without worrying during the event about costs. Afterwards we spent the remainder of our weekend at the resort with friends and family, and continued to receive the same fantastic service – I would recommend anyone hoping to use a beautiful beach as their backdrop look no further. Thank you Tess and the team, I will be grateful always for the professional and kind way you made our day the best one ever!
Linda Merryful, March 2018 – Events Manager Tess and the team in the restaurant/bar were amazing. Spot on service, food and attitude. Our group ranged from 8 to 81 years old and we all loved it. Great help arranging our function, friendly bar, kitchen and wait staff in bar and restaurant. Food was excellent and help with cake fantastic. 10/10 for everything.
Lisa Ridgley, November 2017 – We love the location! How divine it is?! The pool, the sand, the way the resort brings people together – it was just what we had imagined and more! We just loved how friendly the team was, it made everything so easy. Tess is incredible and so committed to ensuring everything runs smoothly. It was so great to have her there on the day. I loved the care and attention that was given to my father who has terminal cancer – nothing was a problem! F&B and Tess went above and beyond to ensure he was taken care of and that I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Wedding March 2017 – We chose Murramarang Beach Resort as our wedding venue because we wanted our wedding to last a weekend, not just a day. We had lots of guests from overseas and it worked really well to be able to accommodate everyone in the same place. The resort is so beautiful, it is hard to go wrong. An unexpected bonus was the help we got to organise every little detail of the wedding. As a result, we had a completely stress free and magical day. We owe our fairy tale wedding to the team, and to the beautiful resort that is Murramarang.
Wedding February 2017 – I just wanted to send a huge thank you to you and all the staff at Murramarang! The day was more perfect than I could’ve imagined and I’m so grateful for all you did! Please send the compliments to your chef too, the food was amazing! Thank you again for everything! Will see you hopefully on our anniversary next year.
Wedding October 2016 – We can’t THANK YOU enough for the amazing work that you & the team at Murramarang Holiday Resort provided for our Big Day. The Accommodation was incredible, the Food delicious, Both the Ceremony and Reception were beautiful and the Service was impeccable. Also your support, understanding and professionalism with all of our questions and lists along the ride that was creating this day was incredible. We will definitely be recommending Murramarang Holiday Resort to anyone who needs Accommodation or a Venue for any occasion in the Eurobodalla Shire. We can’t say it enough: THANK YOU SO MUCH!
