We offer a range of menu styles to fit your preferred setting for your special day. From canapes, two courses and buffet style with kids menus also available.
Some sample menu items from our two-course dinner are as follows.
Entrée
Chicken, pork and pistachio terrine wrapped in bacon served with caramelised onion, Durras tomato jam & sourdough bread
Honey and cumin roasted pumpkin tart with crumbled goats cheese, Durras tomato skins, dressed roquette and dukkha ~ V
Charred king prawns with saffron potatoes pepperonata and bisque reduction ~ GF
Mains
Aged eye fillet beef, served on potato & rosemary croquette with braised silverbeet, forest mushroom ragout, rosemary tuile & port reduction
Confit duck leg served with fondant kohlrabi, white bean puree, pickled baby beets and pan juices
Forest mushrooms risotto, silverbeet, toasted pine nuts, truffle oil & shaved parmesan.
