Guests arriving outside reception hours must contact the park in advance to arrange late check-in.
Yes. Please ensure you contact the park to let them know if you will be arriving within an hour of our closing time. We’ll send an email or text message with instructions to access your pack, keys and map. Full payment is required prior to arrival.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 28 days.
Yes. The park is pet friendly year-round, with pets permitted on sites and in pet-friendly cabins only. A maximum of two pets per booking applies. Pets must be declared at the time of booking, kept on a lead at all times, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
Additional cost of $5 per pet per night.
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome in all cabins and sites. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket.

Yes, you can arrange mail and packages to be delivered to our park prior to and/or during your stay.

Facilities
All our holiday guests can enjoy 1GB of complimentary wifi per device per day. It is designed for basic use such as browsing, social media and email. It is strongest around our camp kitchen areas and further from there it is dependent on your device, the weather and the number of guests in the park.
Our pool is heated. We also have a waterpark onsite, which is not heated.
Our rec room has a games arcade and a TV for you to enjoy.
Gas and butane are welcome; however, no open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. We also have communal BBQs throughout the park that you’re welcome to use.
Yes, but these can only be used on your campsite.
No, we are a guest only facility. Visitors of guests can visit the park but must sign in at the front desk.
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety, so we ask that you ensure you always wear a helmet and necessary protective gear, only ride during daylight hours and follow all road rules. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times.

We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.
We have a limited number of complementary cots and highchairs available for guests.
We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.
Our two laundries are open 24 hours a day. Our machines are coin-operated and cost $5 for washing and $4 per load for drying. Our reception can assist with changing cash for $1 coins for the machines.
All of our different accommodation types do have electric vehicle chargers powered by Chargefox. Please see reception for the RFID card and instructions needed to use these private Chargefox stations.
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. Please note that parking is very restricted. We have a public car park, which has only ten spaces.

No; all of our facilities are for our in-house Guests only.
We do have bikes available for hire operated by Spinway bikes; located in front of the amenities block opposite the pool. Reception has helmets and bike locks available for use with the bikes.
Location
We are located 1.2km from Granite Island Causeway. There is a safe walk/cycle path that leads from the front of the park and goes all the way to town along the esplanade.
We are located on the beachfront. However, a swimming beach is located 300m further down the coast.
Sites
Yes, some of our powered caravan sites have trees on them. Please check when you book.
Most of the park is generally flat. Please check when you book.
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. Please note that parking is very restricted. We have a public car park, which has only ten spaces. We can allow these on your powered site if all of your equipment fits within the bounds of your site.
The location might change site by site, but they are mainly at the back of the site or in the middle if they are drive through site.
A 10-15m lead should do the trick on most of the sites; the longer drive thru sites may require a 20m lead.
You’ll need a 15-amp lead.
Our camp kitchen is open from 8am – 10pm and is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, hot water, hot plates, stove, fridge, BBQ and oven. All you’ll need to bring is the food, cookware, and utensils.
You’re welcome to erect your tent on a caravan site that is not under any trees.
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.
Yes, depending on availability. We may ask you to move your van to another site or specific location in the park.
Yes, we have some drive through sites. Staying hooked up is dependent on the length of the caravan and vehicle, which will have to be measured against the length of the sites. Please ask during the booking process.
Yes, subject to availability. However, site locations may be changed at management’s discretion to meet business needs. While we do not guarantee a specific site number, we do guarantee a site suitable for your caravan size.

Cabins
Yes, we have 5 pet friendly cabins. The park is pet friendly year-round, with pets permitted on sites and in pet-friendly cabins only. A maximum of two pets per booking applies. Pets must be declared at the time of booking, kept on a lead at all times, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. They each have a hairdryer, iron, and dishwashing liquid. All cabins except the studio have a fridge, microwave oven and stovetop. The studio has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities only.
The only things you need to bring are your pool / beach towels; we have you covered with the rest of the linen you need in your room.
Our cabins, except for studios, are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals, including crockery, glassware, cutlery and limited pots. The studios have two sets of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Our cabins, except for studios and safari tents have DVD players for your enjoyment.
All our cabins are equipped with showers only.
The Parkview & Waterview cabins are access friendly. We also have two access-friendly Safari Tents and an access-friendly bathroom in the park next to the shared laundry.
Yes, our cabins have reverse-cycled air conditioning.
Our beds cannot be split in any cabins except the Studio cabins (with prior arrangements of 48hrs minimum).

Pets

Pets stay free of charge on sites.
For cabin stays, a nightly pet cleaning fee applies to help cover the additional cleaning required after pets stay in an enclosed space.
Pets must be registered at check-in, kept on a lead, supervised at all times, and never left unattended
Pets aren't allowed in communal areas or in/around non-pet-friendly cabins. Please also clean up after your pet and be mindful of other guests.
