Where can I find the park map?
You can access our park map here.

What time is check-in/out?
Check in is 11am for sites and 2pm for cabins.

Check out time is 10am for sites and cabins.

Is the park pet friendly?
Yes, we welcome pets in our park. Please note pet-friendly cabins can only be booked by calling the park. Pets are permitted in the 2-Bedroom cabins and on ensuite sites, powered caravan sites, powered tent sites and unpowered sites.

Can I arrive after hours?
Yes. If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an email with instructions to access your pack, keys and map.

What are the reception hours?
Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am – 7:30pm every day, except on Christmas Day when we have limited operating hours from 9am – 11am.

How long can I stay?
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 30 days.

What’s your guide dog/companion pet procedure?
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome in all cabins and sites. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket.


Is there free wifi?
All our holiday guests can enjoy 1GB of good, complimentary wifi per device per day accessible throughout the park.

Is the pool heated/what’s the temperature/what time of year is it heated?
Our pool is solar-heated and has a waterslide. We also have a waterpark onsite.

What’s in the games/recreation room?
Our rec room is equipped with a games arcade for you to enjoy.

What kids’ movie is on tonight?
We run outdoor movie nights during the September and summer school holidays. These happen every second night and you can check with reception what movie is playing on a particular day.

Can we bring our own firepit/BBQ?
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the park that you’re welcome to use.

Do you allow day visitors/what is the cost?
Yes, we welcome day visitors in low season only at a cost of $5 per person.

Are bikes and scooters allowed?
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you always wear a helmet and necessary protective gear, only ride during daylight hours and follow all road rules. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times.

Do you have a child-minding service?
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.

Is there mini-golf at the park?
We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.

Can we request a cot/highchair?
We have complementary cots available for guests, we’re unable to provide highchairs.

How do I use the washing facilities?
Our two laundries are open 7am to 9:30pm daily. Our machines are coin-operated and cost $4 each per load for washing or drying.

Do you have any electric vehicle chargers?
Not right now.

How many cars can I bring?
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. Please note that parking is very restricted. We have a public car park, which has only ten spaces.


Are there trees on the site?
Yes, some sites have trees on them. Please check when you book.

Is this site on a slope?
Most of the park is generally flat. Please check when you book.

Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer, etc.?
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. Please note that parking is very restricted. We have a public car park, which has only ten spaces.

Where is the tap located on the site?
The tap is located next to the electricity power box at the back of the site.

What length of lead do I need?
A 10-15 m lead should do the trick.

What amp power lead do I need?
You’ll need a 15-amp lead.

What is in the camp kitchen?
Our camp kitchen is open from 8am – 10pm and is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, hot water, hot plates, stove, fridge, BBQ and oven. All you’ll need to bring is the food.

Can we put a tent on a caravan site?
You’re welcome to erect your tent on grass or matted sites, but not on slab sites.

Can we bring a generator?
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.


Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer?
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types so there is no space for a boat, etc. Please note that parking is very restricted. We have a public car park, which has only ten spaces.

What amenities does my cabin have?
All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. They each have a hairdryer, iron and dishwashing liquid. All cabins except the studio have a fridge, microwave oven and stovetop. The studio has a bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities only.

Is linen supplied?
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.

Does the cabin have pots and pans, dishes and cutlery?
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.

Does the cabin have Foxtel/DVD player?
All our cabins have DVD players for your enjoyment and our Oceanbreeze & Seaview villas have Foxtel as well.

Does the cabin have a bath/is the shower over the bath/step over lip for shower?
All our cabins are equipped with showers only.

What is your accessibility setup and amenities?
The Parkview & Waterview cabins are access friendly. We also have one access friendly bathroom in the park next to the shared laundry.

Is your air conditioning reverse cycled?
Yes, our cabins have reverse cycled air conditioning.

Can beds be split and in what accommodation?
Our beds cannot be split in any cabins except the Studio cabins.
