Pet policy
We love welcoming pets to our parks and want every guest, furry and human, to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay. Please take a moment to read our pet guidelines before you arrive.
Booking your stay
Pet bookings can be made online or over the phone.
Pets stay free of charge on sites.
A fee of $15 per pet, per night is charged on cabin stays.
Some parks may limit the number of pets during peak periods. Please check the individual park page for details.
We welcome dogs, cats and birds. Other pets may be approved at the park manager’s discretion.
On arrival
Please register your pet at check-in and provide the signed pet waiver.
Arriving with pets not included in your booking may result in your stay not being honoured.
During your stay
To keep everyone safe and comfortable:
Pets must be healthy and free of fleas, worms and other parasites.
Pets must be on a lead at all times within the park.
Pets must not be left unattended, including in caravans, tents or trailers.
Please supervise your pet at all times and keep noise (especially barking) to a minimum.
Clean up after your pet immediately and use the appropriate waste bins.
Where pets can and can’t go
For the safety of all guests and wildlife:
Pets are permitted only on sites and in designated pet‑friendly cabins.
Pets are not allowed in or around cabins or villas unless you are staying in a pet-friendly cabin.
Pets must not enter communal areas, including reception, camp kitchens, amenities, BBQ areas, playgrounds, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, cafés or kiosks.
Please do not use communal laundry facilities to wash pets or their bedding.
Pets must not be walked throughout the park, except within a designated pet walking area where available.
Pets must not approach or disturb wildlife, including kangaroos.
Cleaning, damage and fees
All park property should be treated with care and left in good condition.
Pet-related fees for cabins help cover additional cleaning requirements.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused by their pet.
Removing pet amenities from cabins incurs a $100 replacement fee.
Manager discretion
If your pet’s behaviour affects the safety or comfort of other guests, or if these guidelines aren’t followed, the park manager may ask you to vacate your site or cabin without refund.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their pet’s behaviour at all times and agree to cover any costs associated with damage, injury or loss related to their pet. The park may apply these charges to your account.
