Where can I find the park map?
You can access our park map here.

What time is check-in/out?
Check in time is 12pm for sites, 2pm for cabins (if your cabin is ready earlier, we will send you an SMS letting you know).

Check out is 10am for sites and cabins.

Can I arrive after hours?
If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an SMS with a safe code which will have your pack, keys/map and instructions. Please note that sites must arrive before 8.30pm as reversing caravans in the dark is a hazard and noise from tent pegs etc. disturb other guests.

What are the reception hours?
Our friendly staff at reception are available to assist daily from 7.30am – 7.30pm during summer (September – June) and 8.00am – 6.30pm during winter (June – September).

What’s the maximum length of stay?
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 90 days within a 12-month period.

Is the park pet friendly?
Yes, we are pet friendly, however there are a few guidelines. If you are brining your furry friend, please give us a call.

What’s your Guide dog/companion pet procedure?
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant documents, complete some paperwork before arrival, and ask that your animal always wear their companion jacket.

Do you have dog minding services so we can go out to for dinner?
We do not have any services that we offer at the park but there are a few local businesses that may be able to assist.

Do you have restaurant onsite and/or a convenience store to buy milk and bread?
The Little Shack, which overlooks the water, offers lots of delicious meals.

You can purchase things at reception like cold drinks, ice, ice-cream and lollies.

Can I fish along the breakwall and do you sell bait?
You are more than welcome to throw your line off the breakwall, but remember you will need a fishing licence. You can apply for a licence online, from the council or local tackle shops.

We don’t sell bait in the park, but it’s only a short 5-minute walk into town.


Is there free wifi?
All our holiday guests can enjoy a complimentary 1GB per day per device. Sometimes when the park is busy the wifi can be slow when it reaches full user capacity, however we are working on providing a better service to our guests. Please remember that our wifi capacity will not stream a movie.

Is the pool heated/what’s the temperature/what time of year is it heated?
No, our pool is not heated. From October to May, it’s nice and warm and from June to October it’s a lovely refreshing temperature.

Do you have bus services to get me to and from the local clubs?
We don’t have a bus service but our friendly staff at reception can arrange for the local clubs that do have this service to pick you up.

What kids’ movie is on tonight?
We send out a SMS on the day when we run movie nights on the big screen which is also used for sports and other televised events.

Can we bring our own fire-pit/BBQ?
No open flames are allowed in the park. However, you are welcome to bring your own gas BBQ and heat beads are only permitted if in an enclosed container kept off the ground. Please remember that rules may change at any time when we need to follow council regulations around fire bans.

Do you allow day visitors/what is the cost?
You’re welcome to have day visitors, however we do not provide visitor parking and they won’t be able to use the facilities. If guests would like to stay overnight there is an extra charge of $15 per night for a site or $20 a night for a cabin – they are then welcome to use the facilities.

Do we have a child-minding service?
We don’t have child-minding services, but our friendly reception staff may be able to recommend trusted local babysitter companies if you need.

Do you have an area we can set up a marquee for our large group to get together?
We don’t have the space for this in the park however, we can certainly suggest a few venues close by that you can use.

Can I pay to come in and use the showers only?
The Park is for exclusive use of our NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park guests only.

Are bikes and scooters allowed?
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and ensure all bikes and scooters be parked at your site or cabin when the sun goes down.

Can I pay for a day and use of the facilities at your park?
No unfortunately we don’t offer day visits.

Do you have electric car charging stations?
Not right now.

How much does mini golf cost?
We don’t have mini golf.

Do you have anywhere that I can print or scan a document?
Yes, you can print and scan documents at the reception free of charge.

Can we request a cot/highchair?
We can provide complimentary cots. Subject to availability.

How do we use the washing facilities?
Our washing machines and dryers are only $4 a load. All amenity blocks all have laundry facilities A Block accepts credit card only and B and C Blocks accept cash only. Irons are available upon request from reception. All cabins have ironing facilities.


How close is the park to the town centre?
It’s a short 2-minute walk into town.

How far are you from the beach?
We are a short 5-minute walk to Town Beach.


Can we stay hooked up?
If you purchase 2 sites you can stay hooked up. However, we have limited spots to do this within the park without damaging the services throughout the park or you can use the unpowered area.

Can we hook up to water in the unpowered area?
The unpowered sites don’t have access to water however, there are many taps located throughout the unpowered area that you can get water from for free.

Can we bring a generator?
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.

Are your unpowered sites allocated?
Yes, they are.

Can I have my caravan in the unpowered area or is it for tents only?
Yes, but only outside the Christmas and Easter peak periods.

How many cars can I bring?
Our sites and cabins are only allocated one car space. If you’d like to bring additional cars, there is extra parking opposite the ocean breeze cabins, but it is a first come first served basis so not guaranteed.

Are there trees on the site?
We have lots of beautiful Norfolk Pines throughout the park. Most sites are close to a tree, but not directly under one and the non-powered area only has trees around the boundary.

Is this site on a slope?
Most of our sites are level, however there are some that have a slope and older style caravans may find it tricky to reverse onto these. Please give us a call to find out what site will suit your vehicle when booking.

Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer etc.?
Our sites are only allocated one car space. If you’d like to bring your boat, jet ski or trailer, there is extra parking opposite the ocean breeze cabins, but it is a first come first served basis, so unfortunately not guaranteed.

Where is the tap located on the site?
The taps are located at the back of the site with your site number marked on them.

Can we get our mail diverted to your park and parcels?

Can we bring a generator and what hours of operation are allowed?
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.

What length of lead do I need?
We recommend bringing a 25m lead.

What is in the camp kitchen?
We have a standard size fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, stove tops and an instant hot water system for tea and coffee, plus a TV and large table and seating. We also have 2 x BBQs available outside of the camp kitchen. All you need to do is bring the food.

Can we put a tent on a caravan site?
Yes, you can pitch your tent on a grass site, but not on our slab site (although if you have a swag, you can use these on any site).

Do you have drive thru sites?
Yes, but if you are wanting to stay hooked up, please give our team a call so we can book you on the suitable sites.


Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer etc.?
Most of our cabins are allocated one car space to fit your car, boat, jet ski or trailer. If you have additional equipment or vehicles, please contact our friendly team.

If you are bringing a large boat, it will need to be moored at the Port Macquarie Marina.

What amenities does my cabin have?
All our cabins contain kettles, hairdryers, irons and dish liquid. Each cabin also includes a stovetop except for studios which only include basic tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and small fridge.

Do I park close to my cabin?
Yes, all cabins have parking directly at your door.

Do you replenish the items in my cabin (toilet paper, tea, coffee)?
We provide you with a starter pack for the duration of your stay, if you run out, you can get more from reception.

Is linen supplied?
Yes, all linen is supplied (except beach towels), beds are made up for guests with the exception of bunks.

Does the cabin have pots and pans, dishes and cutlery?
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.

Do I get a daily clean service and fresh linen during my stay in the cabin?
For our guests staying 7 nights or more, we will provide fresh linen and towels mid-stay.

Do cabins have Foxtel/DVD player?
There is no Foxtel or DVD player, but the cabins include Smart TVs which you can use for streaming. Please note that this requires your own data as the guest wifi doesn’t support watching movies.

Do cabins have a bath/is the shower over the bath/step over lip for shower?
Most of our cabins have walk in showers, except for the Baysides which currently have a shower over the bath. If we are unable to accommodate your request for a walk-in shower, there are amenity blocks available for all our guests to use.

Do you have accessibility cabins and amenities?
All amenity blocks have an access friendly bathroom that is equipped for wheelchair use. Please ask reception for the code to access this bathroom.

Studio 13 is our only access friendly accommodation. We have elephant feet available to raise the height of the bed so a hoist can fit underneath the bed, which are available upon request.

Can beds be split and in what accommodation?
No, all our queen size beds have a queen size mattress and therefore cannot be split.

Is your air conditioning reverse cycled?
Yes, all cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning so you can keep cool (or warm) all year round.
