General
Check-in is 11am for sites, 12pm for ensuites, and 2pm for cabins. We’ll send you an SMS if your accommodation is available earlier.
Check out is usually 10am but if you need a little more time, you can request a complimentary noon check out if available.
Yes. If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an SMS with access and safe codes where you will find your pack, keys/map and instructions.
Our friendly staff at reception are available to assist you Monday – Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Friday – Saturday from 8am to 7pm, and Sunday from 8am - 5pm. During peak/holiday periods we’re open until 8pm every day.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 28 days.
Yes. The park is pet friendly year-round, with pets permitted on designated pet-friendly sites only. A maximum of two pets per booking applies. Pets must be declared at the time of booking, kept on a lead at all times, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
Guide Dog & Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to complete some paperwork and ask that your animal wear their companion jacket at all times.
On your journey to our Holiday Resort, we recommend not to go under the railway line viaduct on Woy Woy Road as this has a maximum height of 2.5m. Alternatively, continue along until you arrive at the Railway gates and proceed over the railway lines. Please reach out to our holiday hosts if you have any questions or need further directions.
Facilities
All our holiday guests can enjoy complimentary wifi at 1GB per day.
Our property features one heated pool and one unheated pool.
You’re spoilt for choice in our rec room with Moto GP, shooting and driving arcade games, chocolate machines, claw machines, Key Master game, and classics like Atari/Space Invaders game. Our rec room is open 9am-5pm weekdays and 9am-10pm weekends and holidays. Our change machine accepts notes and card.
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, there are communal BBQs around the park for all guests use.
Visitors are welcome to visit paying guests. They need to register at reception when they arrive. However, only paying registered guests can use the onsite facilities.
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet.
We don’t offer child minding services.
Yes, we can provide complimentary cots and highchairs. You’ll just need to bring your own linen for the cot.
Our laundry facilities are coin operated at only $4 for a load in both washing machines and dryers.
We currently have one EV Charger available for guests, please see the MyNRMA app for details on pricing and discounts. Complimentary EV charging is available at selected Seabreeze 2 Bedroom Villas and Seabreeze 3 Bedroom Villas. Please note that charging is only permitted with designated EV chargers in the Park. Please speak to reception for more information.
Yes, all of our sites and cabins are allocated one car space to fit your car, boat, jet ski or trailer. If you have additional equipment or vehicles, we can store them for free in our unallocated parking section located at the front of the resort.
Location
We’re lucky enough to be so close to town you can walk there in 10-15 mins or it’s a quick 5 minutes in the car.
We are right on the beach! The Park has several direct access tracks, so you’re only a few steps away from beach bliss.
Sites
Each site has one car space. If you have additional equipment or vehicles, these can be stored for free in our unallocated parking section located at the front of the resort.
You’ll find it at the back of the site.
A 10 metre lead should do the trick.
Sorry, no generators. Although most of our sites have power so you won’t need one.

Our fully equipped camp kitchen includes 2 x ovens, hot water urn, 2 x microwaves, 2 x stovetops, BBQs, kettles and toasters. All you’ll need to bring is the food.
Yes, our multipurpose sites are perfect for tents or caravans.
Cabins
Each cabin has one car space, except the 3 bedroom cabins have 2 car spaces. If you have additional equipment or vehicles, these can be stored for free in our unallocated parking section located at the front of the resort.

Yes, all cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room. However, we recommend you bring your own beach towel.
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
No, unfortunately there is no Foxtel or DVD player.
No, our bedding configurations can’t be split.
Pets
Yes - pets are welcome on sites and in designated pet-friendly cabins at this park. Pet-friendly accommodation options may be limited, so always check availability.
Pets stay free of charge on sites.
For cabin stays, a nightly pet cleaning fee applies to help cover the additional cleaning required after pets stay in an enclosed space.
Pets must be registered at check-in, kept on a lead, supervised at all times, and never left unattended
Pets aren't allowed in communal areas or in/around non-pet-friendly cabins. Please also clean up after your pet and be mindful of other guests.
