General

Where can I find the park map?
You can access our park map here

What time is check-in/out?
Check-in is 11am for sites, 12pm for ensuites, and 2pm for cabins. We’ll send you an SMS if your accommodation is available earlier.
Check out is usually 10am but if you need a little more time, you can request a complimentary noon check out if available.

Can I arrive after hours?
Yes. If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an SMS with access and safe codes where you will find your pack, keys/map and instructions.

What are the reception opening hours?
Our friendly staff at reception are available to assist you Sunday – Thursday from 8am to 6pm and Friday – Saturday from 8am to 8pm.
During peak/holiday periods we’re open until 8pm every day.

How long can I stay?
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 28 days.

Is the park pet friendly?
Sadly, you’re going to have to leave your furry friend at home this time. You can find a list of our parks that are pet-friendly here.

What’s your Guide dog/companion pet procedure?
Guide Dog & Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to complete some paperwork and ask that your animal wear their companion jacket at all times.

What activities are happening in the park?
We run weekly activities in the park and you can check out the latest schedule here.

Facilities

Is there free wifi?
All our holiday guests can enjoy complimentary wifi at 1GB per day.

Is the pool heated?
Our pools are heated at a lovely 26 degrees all year round and the spa in pool area 2 is a nice and toasty 30 degrees.

What’s in the games/recreation room?
You’re spoilt for choice in our rec room with Moto GP, shooting and driving arcade games, chocolate machines, claw machines, Key Master game, and classics like Atari/Space Invaders game. Our rec room is open 9am-5pm weekdays and 9am-10pm weekends and holidays. Our change machine accepts notes and card.

Can we bring our own fire-pit/BBQ?
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, there are communal BBQs around the park for all guests use.

Do you allow day visitors?
Guests are welcome to have up to 6 visitors. They need to register at reception when they arrive.

Are bikes and scooter allowed?
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet.

Do we have a child-minding service?
We don’t offer child minding services.

Can we request a cot/highchair?
Yes, we can provide complimentary cots and highchairs. You’ll just need to bring your own linen for the cot.

How do we use the washing facilities?
Our laundry facilities are coin operated at only $4 for a load in both washing machines and dryers.

Electric car charging stations – do you have any?
Not right now, but we’re excited to announce that the future plan is to have 4 x cabin plugs and 1 x domestic plug ports for your electric cars.

Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer etc?
Yes, all of our sites and cabins are allocated one car space to fit your car, boat, jet ski or trailer. If you have additional equipment or vehicles, we can store them for free in our unallocated parking section located at the front of the resort.

Location

How close is the park to the town centre?
We’re lucky enough to be so close to town you can walk there in 10-15 mins or it’s a quick 5 minutes in the car.

How far are you from the beach?
We are right on the beach! The Park has several direct access tracks, so you’re only a few steps away from beach bliss.

Sites

How many cars can I bring?
Each site has one car space. If you have additional equipment or vehicles, these can be stored for free in our unallocated parking section located at the front of the resort.

Where is the tap located on the site?
You’ll find it at the back of the site.

What length of lead do I need?
A 10 metre lead should do the trick.

Can we bring a generator?
Sorry, no generators. Although most of our sites have power so you won’t need one.

What amp power lead do I need?
15 amp lead.

What is in the camp kitchen?
Our fully equipped camp kitchen includes 2 x fridges, 2 x ovens, hot water urn, 2 x microwaves, 2 x stovetops, BBQs, kettles and toasters. All you’ll need to bring is the food.

Can we put a tent on a caravan site?
Yes, our multipurpose sites are perfect for tents or caravans.

Cabins

How many cars can I bring?
Each cabin has one car space, except the 3 bedroom cabins have 2 car spaces. If you have additional equipment or vehicles, these can be stored for free in our unallocated parking section located at the front of the resort.

Do you have accessibility cabins and amenities?
Selected cabins and amenities have accessibility.

What amenities does my cabin have?
Our cabins, safari tents and Glamtainers all contain kettles, hairdryers, irons and dish liquid. Cooking facilities differ depending on the accommodation type.

Is your air conditioning reverse cycled?
Yes, all cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

Is linen supplied?
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room. However, we recommend you bring your own beach towel.

Does the cabin have pots and pans, dishes and cutlery?
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.

Does the cabin have Foxtel/DVD player?
Yes, there is Foxtel but no DVD player.

Can beds be split?
No, our bedding configurations can’t be split.
