Where can I find the park map?
You can access our park map here.
What time is check-in/out?
Check in is 2pm for sites and cabins, although if a site is vacant, a flexible check in from 12pm may be allowed.
Check out is 10am for sites and cabins.
Is the park pet friendly?
For the comfort of all guests, unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets in our park.
Can I arrive after hours?
Yes, if you’re arriving late, please notify us ahead of time. We will let you know where you can collect your map and keys when you arrive.
What are the reception hours?
Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am – 6pm every day. Please note on Christmas Day, reception will operate for limited hours from 9am – 11am.
How long can I stay?
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 45 nights.
What’s your guide dog/companion pet procedure?
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and complete some paperwork and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket.
Is there free wifi?
All our holiday guests can enjoy a complimentary 1GB of wifi per device per day?
Is the pool heated/what’s the temperature/what time of year is it heated?
The smaller pool is heated to 28°C all year round for your enjoyment. The larger pool is unheated. Opening hours for the pools are 8am – 6pm during daylight savings. In winter, the pools close around 5pm when it starts to get dark.
What’s in the games/recreation room?
You’re spoilt for choice in our rec room with a foosball table, table tennis, coin operated claw machines and arcade games. We also have some free play games.
What kids’ movie is on tonight?
We don’t have movies nights at the moment.
Can we bring our own fire-pit/BBQ?
For safety reasons, we don’t allow guests to bring their own fire-pit or BBQ. We provide onsite BBQs that you are welcome to use. We also have a fire pit zone, where all sites and ensuites in this section have their own fire pit on site. Guest cannot use their own fire pit due to fire safety and can only use the ones we provide as they have been set out in a safe place. In the rest of the park, fire pits are not permitted. The only exception to this is that we do have a communal fire pit on the map near the playground that anyone can use.
Do you allow day visitors/what is the cost?
Yes, we welcome day visitors. You can get a day pass from reception for $5 per person.
Are bikes and scooters allowed?
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and that you only ride them during daylight hours.
Do you have a child-minding service?
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.
Is there mini-golf at the park?
We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.
Can we request a cot/highchair?
Yes, we can provide complimentary cots and highchairs.
How do I use the washing facilities?
Our laundry facilities are coin operated and cost $4 per load for washing and $4 per load for drying. All of our 3-bedroom cabins have their own washing machines.
Do you have any electric vehicle chargers?
Not right now.
How many cars can I bring?
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. For cabins 1-24 and 37-42, we allow two cars as they have longer driveways.
Are there trees on the site?
There are some trees between sites or at the rear of sites but there are no low-hanging trees on any of the sites. When booking, if you hover over the site description, you’ll see if the site is shady or not. If it is shady, this means the site has a tree nearby.
Is this site on a slope?
All of our sites are flat.
Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer, etc.?
No, there isn’t but we are happy to assist you to store your boat/jet ski/trailer in our workshop compound.
Where is the tap located on the site?
Taps are located on the powerheads at the rear of sites.
What length of lead do I need?
A 10m lead should do the trick.
What amp power lead do I need?
You’ll need a 15-amp lead.
What is in the camp kitchen?
Our camp kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, fridge, oven, kettle, and toaster. All you’ll need to bring is the food.
Can we put a tent on a caravan site?
You can on the grass or ensuite sites, but we don’t recommend this on our cement slab sites as you can’t peg a tent into them.
Can we bring a generator?
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.
Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer?
There is space to park your boat/jet ski/trailer if you are staying in cabins 1-24 or 37-43. All other cabins only have space for one car. However, we’re happy to assist you to store your boat/jet ski/trailer in our workshop compound or somewhere safe in the park.
What amenities does my cabin have?
All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. They all contain hairdryers and have kitchenettes with dishwashing liquid. Only cabins 1-42 and 37-43 have ovens, and cabins 1-24 have stove tops.
Is linen supplied?
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.
Does the cabin have pots and pans, dishes and cutlery?
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
Does the cabin have Foxtel/DVD player?
We don’t have Foxtel, but we do have DVD players in our cabins for your enjoyment.
Does the cabin have a bath/is the shower over the bath/step over lip for shower?
All our cabins have showers only, except for the spa cabins, which have a separate spa bath.
What is your accessibility set up and amenities?
We don’t have any fully accessible cabins, but cabins 2 and 3 have a walk-in shower with safety bars and a seat. Accessible amenities are available in the amenities building.
Is your air conditioning reverse cycled?
Yes, our cabins have reverse cycled air conditioning.
Can beds be split and in what accommodation?
Our beds can’t be split.
