General

Where can I find the park map?
You can access our park map here.

What time is check-in/out?

Check in is 11am for sites and 2pm for cabins.
Check out is 10am for sites and cabins.

Is the park pet friendly?
You’re welcome to have your pets on all sites and in one Waterview villas during low and mid-seasons. A max of two pets per site. Please note that you’ll need to leave your furry friend at home during our peak periods, Easter weekend (Good Friday to Easter Monday) and over New Year (26 Dec – 31 Jan).

Can I arrive after hours?
Yes. If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an email with all the information on your site location and access codes. We just ask that you please notify us ahead of time.

What are the reception hours?
Our friendly staff at reception are available 7:30am – 7:30pm every day from October – March, and 8am – 6pm every day from April – September.

How long can I stay?
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 42 days.

What’s your guide dog/companion pet procedure?
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and complete some paperwork, so we ask that you give us a call ahead of time to arrange this.

Facilities

Is there free wifi?
All our holiday guests can enjoy 500MB of complimentary wifi per 24 hours per device.

Is the pool heated/what’s the temperature/what time of year is it heated?
Our pool is currently solar heated, but we’ll be switching to electric heating in August 2021.

What’s in the games/recreation room?
Our rec room is equipped with a large dining table, couches and a TV, as well as a book exchange. The games room has a pinball machine, two Daytona race car games and a claw machine.

What kids’ movie is on tonight?
You can check with reception to see what’s showing on a particular day. During school holidays, we have a schedule of kids’ activities including movie showings.

Can we bring our own fire-pit/BBQ?
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the resort that you’re welcome to use.

Do you allow day visitors/what is the cost?
For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow day visitors.

Are bikes and scooters allowed?
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and that you only ride them during daylight hours.

Do you have a child-minding service?
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.

Is there mini golf at the park?
We don’t currently have mini-golf facilities, but we have other activities such as go-karts, which cost $10 for 30 mins or $15 for 60 mins.

Can we request a cot/highchair?
Yes, we can provide complimentary cots and highchairs.

How do I use the washing facilities?
We have two laundries with both washing machines and dryers. They are open 24hrs a day. Our laundry facilities are coin operated and $4 per load for washing and $3 per load for drying. You are welcome to change some notes for coins at reception.

Do you have any electric vehicle chargers?
Not right now.

How many cars can I bring?
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. It is a cost of $5 per extra vehicle per day.

Sites

Are there trees on the site?
Yes, 75% of our sites have trees between them.

Is this site on a slope?
Almost all our sites are level. Site 1 has a slight slope.

Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer, etc.?
There is room for parking a boat, jet ski or trailer on powered sites. Extra equipment is not permitted on unpowered sites, and we don’t have offsite parking facilities so if you need the space, please book a powered site.

Where is the tap located on the site?
Taps have various locations depending on which site you’re on. Some are located at the front of the site and some at the back of it.

What length of lead do I need?
A 5m lead should do the trick.

What amp power lead do I need?
You’ll need a 15-amp lead.

What is in the camp kitchen?
Our camp kitchen is equipped with fridges, microwaves, BBQ’s, 2 pizza ovens, a stove top, kettle, toaster, hot water, sinks, tables/chairs, undercover seating, and a guest herb garden. All you’ll need to bring is the food.

Can we put a tent on a caravan site?
You’re more than welcome to do so as most sites are grass or mat and are suitable for tents. The exception is ensuite slab sites, which aren’t suitable for tents.

Can we bring a generator?
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.

Cabins

Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer?
All cabins have space for one car. Only deluxe cabins have space for a car and a boat, jet ski or trailer so if you’re travelling with one of these, please be sure to book this cabin.

What amenities does my cabin have?
All Waterview and Family Villas are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. They each have a hair dryer, iron, dishwashing liquid, a microwave, stovetop (no oven), tea towels, scourers and an outdoor BBQ.

Our Riverview Villa and our Banskia Villa are all equipped with a hair dryer, iron, dishwashing liquid, a microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, tea towels, scourers and an outdoor BBQ.

Is linen supplied?
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.

Does the cabin have pots and pans, dishes and cutlery?
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.

Does the cabin have Foxtel/DVD player?
We have both Foxtel and DVD players in our cabins for your enjoyment.

Does the cabin have a bath/is the shower over the bath/step over lip for shower?
Waterview villas 1-5 have showers only. Family villas 12-13 have walk-in showers in the master ensuite and a shower over bath in the second room. The Riverview Villa has a shower only.

What is your accessibility set up and amenities?
Our 2-bed access friendly Banskia villa have roll-in showers. We also have 1 amenities block with wheelchair access. The laundry and camp kitchens are also accessible.

Is your air conditioning reverse cycled?
All Waterview Villas have reverse cycled air conditioning in the main living area, oil heaters in the spare bedrooms and electric blankets on the queen bed. Our Family villas have reverse cycled air conditioning in the main lounge and in the back second bedroom, and have electric blankets on the king bed. Our Banskia and Riverview Villas have reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living room.

Can beds be split and in what accommodation?
Our beds can’t be split.
