Contractor Induction

Contractor Induction NRMA Parks and Resorts is committed to providing a safe workplace and instilling a culture that proactively adopts and upholds the company values including the NRMA Parks and Resort Code of Conduct. Everyone who is contracted to work for NRMA Parks and Resorts is required to complete the following Contractor Safety induction. These inductions are required to be completed annually.

The Contractor Safety induction covers:

  • your WHS responsibilities • critical risks

  • what you should do before commencing a task

  • the process for working at an NRMA Park & Resort site

  • site rules

  • what to do in an emergency or evacuation event

  • injury and incident reporting

Before starting work at NRMA Parks and Resorts, the Park Manager or supervisor will require verification that the inductions have been completed, will provide an on-site orientation and undertake further inductions relevant to your work. Please read the NRMA Parks and Resorts documents provided below and complete the assessments.

Online Induction

All contractors must complete an induction prior to attending a NRMA site. Our online induction system is currently undergoing maintenance. In the interim, please email the following details to [email protected] to complete the NRMA Parks and Resorts Safety Contractor Induction.

  • Full name

  • Company name

  • Service provided

  • Park/location to be attended

  • Email address

  • NRMA representative contact name

Upon receipt of the above information, you will receive the NRMA Parks and Resorts Safety Contractor Induction presentation via DocuSign. Once you have reviewed and signed the document, your NRMA representative will be notified that the induction has been completed as required.

Please note: Contractors must not attend and conduct works on site until this DocuSign has been signed by external contractor and NRMA representative.

Important

Prior to arrival on site, contractors must provide the following to the Park Manager or relevant NRMA representative:

  • Current licence and any applicable permits relevant to the works being undertaken

  • Certificates of Currency for public liability insurance ($20 million) and workers’ compensation

First-time visitors must report to reception for a site familiarisation before commencing any works.
