Where can I find the park map?
You can access our park map here.

What time is check-in/out?
Check in is 12pm for powered sites and 2pm for cabins and ensuites.
Check out is 10am for sites and cabins.

Is the park pet friendly?
We welcome pets on our sites only. You can bring a maximum of two pets per site.

Can I arrive after hours?
Yes. If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an SMS with a safe code which will have your pack, keys/map and instructions.

What are the reception hours?
Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am – 6pm every day.

How long can I stay?
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 59 nights. After this, the guest would need to leave the park for at least one night before returning.

What’s your guide dog/companion pet procedure?
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and complete some paperwork. We ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket. Companion dogs need a vaccination record.


Is there free wifi?
All our holiday guests can enjoy 1 GB of complimentary wifi per device per day. It normally runs at a good speed.

Is the pool heated/what’s the temperature/what time of year is it heated?
Our swimming pool is outdoors and is heated to 29°C year-round.

What’s in the games/recreation room?
Our games room is equipped with a TV, table tennis table, air hockey table and video games.

What kids’ movie is on tonight?
Our activities calendar is seasonal. Please check with reception for the latest schedule.

Can we bring our own fire-pit/BBQ?
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the resort that you’re welcome to use.

Do you allow day visitors/what is the cost?
Yes, we welcome day visitors. If visitors want to use the facilities, they can get a day pass from reception for $10 per person.

Are bikes and scooters allowed?
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and don’t ride on the footpaths.

Do you have a child-minding service?
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.

Is there mini-golf at the park?
We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite, but we do have go-karts for hire at $5 for 30 mins or $10 per hr.

Can we request a cot/highchair?
Yes, we can provide complimentary cots and highchairs.

How do I use the washing facilities?
Our laundry facilities are coin operated and cost $3 per load for washing or drying.

Do you have any electric vehicle chargers?
Not right now.

How many cars can I bring?
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types.


Are there trees on the site?
Yes, there are trees in the park and on some sites

Is this site on a slope?
All of our sites are level.

Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer, etc.?
We can’t accommodate boats or jet skis in the park, but you can take them to the boat ramp, which is 500 metres away from the park.

Where is the tap located on the site?
Taps are located at the rear of sites.

What length of lead do I need?
A 5m lead should do the trick.

What amp power lead do I need?
You will need a 15-amp lead.

What is in the camp kitchen?
Our camp kitchen is equipped with an indoor lounge room, a fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave, hot water and a sink. All you’ll need to bring is the food.

Can we put a tent on a caravan site?
No, caravan sites are slabs and not suitable for tents.

Can we bring a generator?
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.


Is there room for me to have my boat/jet ski/trailer?
We can’t accommodate boats or jet skis in the park, but you can take them to the boat ramp, which is 500 metres away from the park.

What amenities does my cabin have?
All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. All cabins have a hairdryer, iron, a small amount of dishwashing liquid and full ovens.

Is linen supplied?
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.

Does the cabin have pots and pans, dishes and cutlery?
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.

Does the cabin have Foxtel/DVD player?
Our cabins don’t have Foxtel, but we do have DVD players that you can request FOC from reception.

Does the cabin have a bath/is the shower over the bath/step over lip for shower?
Most cabins have a shower with a normal sized lip, except for the 2-bedroom family cabins 98 and 99, which have spa baths.

What is your accessibility set up and amenities?
We don’t have any accessible cabins as all have two steps to enter them. For campers, we do have accessible amenities with wheelchair access and rails.

Is your air conditioning reverse cycled?
Yes, all cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

Can beds be split and in what accommodation?
Our beds can’t be split.
