ANNUAL SITE INFORMATION

You have the choice of either 130 day or 180 day occupation on your site.

  • 130 day occupation – $5,600.00 annually ($1,400.00 per quarter)
  • 180 day occupation – $6,970.00 annually ($1,742.50 per quarter)
  • Fees change on the 1st July each year
  • Fees are provided for the current owner occupier (2 persons) and up to eight (8) nominated persons being a total of ten (10) persons included in the fee
  • Extra persons are more than welcome to stay with you at a per head per night rate
  • No pets are allowed in the park
  • If you are looking at purchasing an annual site, then you need to have a look at the car parking space. i.e. if you have a boat is there enough room?
  • Your site is not to be sub-let or rented out
  • Electricity is read quarterly and you are then issued with an invoice
  • Gas is at your own cost
  • Any alterations or additions that you would like to carry out require Park Management and Council Building Approval
