Are the pools heated?

The Pool Bar and the Tropical Pool is heated to a perfect 28c. The Water Slide and Waterpark are not heated.

Can I use the boat ramp or jetty?

Yes. The boat ramp and jetty are available for guest use (subject to river conditions and any posted rules). Locations are shown on the map near the Clarence River frontage. Contact reception if you need to dock your boat for your stay.

Where are the emergency assembly points and first aid locations?

Emergency assembly point is located in the carpark in front of reception. Fire equipment, and hoses are clearly marked on the map with safety icons, extinguishers near cooking areas, and fire hoses are sitewide roadside and between sites. Familiarise yourself with the nearest one to your site upon arrival.
