Yes. Pets are welcome on all sites and in selected pet-friendly cabins. You can bring up to two pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits or birds, making it easy to holiday with the whole family.
Absolutely. If you're arriving after hours, we'll send you an email or text message with instructions on how to collect your keys, park map and arrival information. Please let us know in advance if you'll be arriving late, and ensure your booking has been paid in full before arrival.
Yes. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. Cabin guests may also be eligible for a complimentary 12pm check-out—just check with reception during your stay.
Yes! Bairnsdale Riverside Holiday Park features its own private jetty, making it easy to throw in a line and enjoy a relaxing day fishing right from the park.
While we don't have accessible cabins, we do offer accessible bathroom facilities throughout the park.
