Guests can enjoy the casual vibe in the Ikara Lounge, Bar & Bistro with options to sit outside under the gum trees, or sample local seasonal produce and bush foods Indigenous-inspired menu at the Wilpena Pound Resort Dining Room. Menus have been created by Australia’s only hatted Indigenous chef, Clayton Donovan to deliver a taste of local native ingredients and Indigenous flavours.
