NRMA Parks and Resorts ‘Subscriber Giveaway’ Competition  

Terms and Conditions 


1.1  Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 


2.1  Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 21 years and older and hold a drivers license.  

2.2  Employees of Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM), NRMA, Central Coast CouncilKempsey Shire Council, Camplify and associated park and resort managers, park employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.  Employees of all divisions of Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM), NRMA, Central Coast Council, Kempsey Shire Council, Camplify and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin. 


3.1  The competition commences at 9am on 13 April 2021 (AEDT) and concludes at 4.00pm on 18 April 2021 (‘the competition period’). 

3.2  To enter the competition, entrants must enter the required details into the appropriate form on ATPM iPads or via QR code. Only one entry per person is permitted. 

3.3 Entrants acknowledge that by entering the competition, their details will be added to the promotor’s e-newsletter databaseInformation will not be passed to any third party and entrants can unsubscribe from the database at any time. 


4.1 The prize is a $1000 NRMA Parks and Resorts gift voucher to be used at any NRMA Park or Resort excluding St Helens and Shellharbour Beachside and $500 in Camplify Credit and will be applied to the account of the winner.Camplify credits are only valid on Australian vans and the winner is still required to supply credit card details before hire for insurance purposes.  

4.2  A total of one prize will be awarded at the end of the competition period. The draw will take place on 20 April 2021. Winner will be notified by via email within 7 days after the competition has been drawn.  

4.3  For any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will take place  

at 2pm on 20 May 2021 at ATPM Head Office, they will be contacted via email. If the winner does not respond to email/s and claim the prize within the stipulated timeframe, the prize will be redrawn 


4.4 This prize must be redeemed within 12 months of issue date during low or mid-season (season calendars are available on park websites) and is subject to availability.  If for any reason the winner does not use the prize before its expiry, the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited. 

4.5  The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

4.6  By entering the draw, entrants give ATPM permission to announce the winner (including their first name and suburb) on any of the NRMA Parks and Resorts Facebook pages.  


5.1  Entrants who have successfully entered the competition over the competition period by registering all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. The draw will take place at the office of Australian Tourist Park Management, Suite L218A, Level 2 The Strand at Coolangatta 72-80, Marine Parade, Coolangatta QLD 4225 at 12pm on 20 April 2021. 

5.2 The draw will be a computerised draw using the random winner selection option in ATPM iPad competition platform and will take place at ATPM Head Office. 

5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. 


6.1  The promoter cannot cancel or postpone the competition without the written authority of the regulatory authority 

6.2  ATPM and associated holiday parks and resorts take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail. 

6.3  ATPM and associated holiday parks and resorts will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
