Welcome to NRMA Parks and Resorts!
It is important to us that you are well-informed when you make your booking with us, and in order to do you’ll need to understand our conditions of stay.
By making a booking to stay at NRMA Parks and Resorts (either directly with us or through our website), you accept the specific conditions of stay which apply to the park you are staying at on behalf of yourself and all other persons staying at the park under your booking. If you made a booking with us via a telephone channel and were not provided with these conditions of stay at the time of booking and you are not satisfied and do not wish to accept these conditions of stay, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 48 hours of being provided your booking confirmation email.
