As we are in a National Park, our park is not pet friendly, so you’ll have to leave your furry friend with a trusted sitter for this holiday.
Yes. Please ensure you contact the resort to let them know you will be late. We’ll send an email or text message with instructions to access your pack, keys and map. Full payment is required prior to arrival.
There are fire pits on all powered sites. Fires are never to be lit directly on the ground. Firewood is available from reception for $20 for 30kg. Please order this at your time of booking so we can ensure we have enough for you, then we will deliver it to your site. Campfires are strictly prohibited near the cabins or Stargazer tents.
This can only be arranged on the day of arrival or departure, so please give our reception team a call to see if we can accommodate your request.
