Guest Information

The wish of management and staff is for all guests to be able to enjoy a safe, happy, friendly and relaxing stay whilst at the park. Be considerate of others and ensure your site and belongings are kept secure and tidy at all times. Please read the following which applies to all guests, residents or invited guests.

Amenities

Cost $1 for 6 minutes. Change available from reception.

Bikes/Scooters/etc.

Bikes, skateboards, scooters, roller skates and roller blades are all accepted for use. Helmets must be worn. Riding allowed only before street lights are on.

Check In

  • Powered and unpowered sites – check in from 11.00 am
  • Ensuite sites – check in from 12 noon
  • Cabins / villas – check in from 2.00 pm

Children

The resort and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety and to ensure they do not disturb other people in the resort. Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the amenities and pool area. We also ask that all chidren are off their bikes after dark.

Equipment Hire

Board games available from reception. Free cot and high chair hire (please advise prior to arrive if these are required).

Evacuation Plan

Please make yourself familiar with our evacuation plan in case of any unforeseen emergency. In case of emergency, please remain calm and follow instruction from staff. For after hours emergency only, please call 000 in cases relating to FIRE, POLICE or AMBULANCE: Our local police number is (02) 4472 0099 .

Fees

Please ensure that all fees are paid in advance.

Linen

All linen is provided in all accommodation. Bed in main bedroom is made up, however other beds are not. A linen change/service will be offered if your stay is for more than 7 nights.

Messages

Messages will be delivered to your site.

Parking

1 parking space per villa – additional parking available in visitor car park prior 50 metres from reception.

Pets

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Quiet Time

The peaceful enjoyment of our resort and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbours and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10pm and before 6am.

Reception Hours

8am – 6pm 7 days a week. Christmas Day 9am – 11am.

Security

While Resort Managers do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, we do recommend that visitors to the resort take the precaution of securing items of value left outside their tent, caravan or cabin during the day and overnight.

Smoking

Please note that smoking is not permitted in any accommodation, in common areas and in the bistro.

Vehicles

The safety of our customers is of prime importance. You can assist our cause by limiting the speed of your vehicle to 8 kilometres (walking pace) whilst within the Resort. Please contact Resort Management if you wish to wash or repair a vehicle on site.

Wildlife

We ask that you not feed any of the wildlife as human food can be detrimental to their health. Kangaroos are a part of our natural environment and the area that surrounds the park is their home.  Please take the time to read out ‘Holidaying with Kangaroos” flyer

Your Site

Please keep your site tidy and use the facilities provided for drying clothes, discharge of sullage water and rubbish disposal, we ask that you do not tie ropes or secure tarps from our trees. Please do not dig trenches on or around your site. Unfortunately no open fires are permitted under local law. Plastic covers, carpets or mats outside tents or caravans are not permitted on any lawned area. (Shade cloth or similar is welcome).

Not Allowed List

The following is not allowed under any circumstances:

NO SWEARING, ILLEGAL DRUG USE, NO EXCESSIVE USE OF ALCOHOL, NO UNDUE MESS AROUND SITE, NO UNREGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS, NO UNDUE NOISE, NO ACTS OF VIOLENCE OR ABUSE, NO SMOKING IN ACCOMMODATION, NO UNREGISTERED VEHICLES AND NO DRIVING LESSONS TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE PARK GROUNDS

** FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO RESORT ACCOMMODATION OR PROPERTY MAY RESULT IN THE GUEST BEING ASKED TO VACATE AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND ISSUED. PLEASE READ OUR REFUND POLICY PRINTED ON YOUR RECEIPT ISSUED ON CHECK IN **

Note: Any caravan/campervan leads connected to our power outlets must be 15 AMP tested and tagged! The use of double adaptors is not allowed!

PLASTIC COVERS, CARPETS OR MATS OUTSIDE TENTS OR CARAVANS ARE NOT  PERMITTED ON ANY LAWNED AREA. SHADE CLOTH OR SIMILAR IS WELCOME.
