Whether you are a first timer, seasoned expert, downhill or cross-country skier or snowboarder, the Snowy Mountains offers winter action to suit every snow enthusiast and Jindabyne is the perfect base. We are also located just 15 minutes from the Ski Tube, which takes you straight to Perisher without needing chains or national park entry.

Being dressed for the cold is essential, so if you’re planning on hitting the slopes during your stay you’ll need the right kind of clothing and equipment. If you’re looking for snow gear you can either buy locally in Jindabyne or hire from one from one of the many ski hire shops.
