Guest Information

THE WISH OF MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS FOR ALL GUESTS TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY A SAFE, HAPPY, FRIENDLY AND RELAXING STAY WHILST AT THE PARK. BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS AND ENSURE YOUR SITE AND BELONGINGS ARE KEPT SECURE AND TIDY AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING WHICH APPLIES TO ALL GUESTS, RESIDENTS OR INVITED GUESTS.

Please be considerate of others and ensure your site and belongings are kept secure and tidy at all times. Please read the following which applies to all guests, residents or invited guests. Please be aware that the following rules cover the essential basics, however more details are available from reception.

We also appreciate that you observe the rules displayed around the park facilities and activities and abide by any health and safety rules as directed by management.

Amenities

There are two amenities blocks available 24 hours for your convenience. All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. Please consider others when using these facilities by leaving them in a neat and tidy condition.

Bikes/Scooters etc.

To be used during daylight hours only & please observe all road rules including the wearing of helmets & necessary protective gear. Children are to be supervised at all times. Do not use in the main entrance/exit area & the main street in the resort. Go-kart hire available at reception.

Camp Kitchen

There is a camp kitchen situated in the park for your convenience. Crockery/cutlery not provided. Food left in the fridge should be marked with your name and site number. Please leave clean after use.

Check out

All rooms/sites to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Should you wish to check out before reception opens or extend your stay, please make alternate arrangements the day prior.

Evacuation plan

Please make yourself familiar with our evacuation plan in case of any unforeseen emergency. In case of emergency, please remain calm and follow instruction from staff. For after hours emergency only, please call 0424 774 945 or 000 in cases relating to FIRE, POLICE or AMBULANCE. Our local police number is 02 6654 1244.

See map for location. Please do not empty your waste into any amenity blocks.

Fires

No open fires are to be lit at any time.

Linen

All linen is provided in all accommodation. Bed in main bedroom is made up, however other beds are not. A linen change/service will be offered if your stay is for more than 7 nights.

Parking

One car space is allocated for most sites/accommodation. Please park your vehicle in this allotted position & not on the roadways. Boats will only be accepted on site providing they are approved by management.

Pets

We accept pets on select sites and cabins during low and mid season. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any droppings are disposed of appropriately in bags and kept on a lead at all times. Park Management has the right to direct any patron to remove their dog if a nuisance or if a threat is caused.

Quiet Time

Please be respectful of the enjoyment of others within the resort by restricting noise from television, music & social gatherings between the hours of 10pm & 8am.

Reception Hours

8am – 6pm (7 days) Closed Christmas Day.

Refund/Cancellation

Details of our policy is available at reception. Please be aware that we are unable to refund any monies for late arrivals, early departures, or in the event of inclement weather.

Safety

For the safety of all guests, we require that all minors are back at their registered accommodation/ site by 10pm. Adults/parents are responsible for all minors in their care.

Security

While Park Managers do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, we do recommend that visitors to the park take the precaution of securing items of value left outside their tent, caravan or cabin during the day and overnight.

Smoking

Please note that smoking is not permitted in any accommodation or any common areas.

Speed limits

All roads in the resort are shared between pedestrian & vehicles. Speed limits are walking pace only.

Surveillance cameras

Please be aware that surveillance cameras are used within our property.

Trees

Our resort is situated in a sensitive coastal vegetation community. As such, many of our trees are under a tree preservation act. Whilst we monitor the safety of these trees on a regular basis, please take caution and be aware that tree limbs may fall without warning.

Visitors

We are currently not accepting day visitors.

Water

Water restrictions apply (issued by local Council). Please be conscious water use and try to conserve water.

Wildlife

We ask that you not feed any of the wildlife as human food can be detrimental to their health.

Not Allowed List

The following is not allowed under any circumstances: NO SWEARING, ILLEGAL DRUG USE, NO EXCESSIVE USE OF ALCOHOL, NO UNDUE MESS AROUND SITE, NO UNREGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS, NO UNDUE NOISE, NO ACTS OF VIOLENCE OR ABUSE, NO SMOKING IN ACCOMMODATION, NO UNREGISTERED VEHICLES AND NO DRIVING LESSONS TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE PARK GROUNDS

** FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO RESORT ACCOMMODATION OR PROPERTY MAY RESULT IN THE GUEST BEING ASKED TO VACATE AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND ISSUED. PLEASE READ OUR REFUND POLICY PRINTED ON YOUR RECEIPT ISSUED ON CHECK IN **

Note: Any caravan/campervan leads connected to our power outlets must be 15 AMP tested and tagged! The use of double adaptors is not allowed!

PLASTIC COVERS, CARPETS OR MATS OUTSIDE TENTS OR CARAVANS ARE NOT  PERMITTED ON ANY LAWNED AREA. SHADE CLOTH OR SIMILAR IS WELCOME.
